How deletion works

  1. Enter the email or phone you used to register.
  2. If that account has an email, we send a 6-digit code. Enter it here to delete immediately.
  3. You can also delete from the app: Profile → Delete account (while signed in).
  4. Or email support@fairride.live / call +91 89200 01600.

Data we delete

  • Name, email, phone, password, photo, bio
  • Ride and goods listings you posted
  • Bookings, chats, and review comments you wrote
  • Login tokens and notification settings

Data we may keep

  • Payment records (Razorpay / tax) up to 7 years, without your profile
  • Records required by Indian law or an ongoing dispute
  • Anonymised analytics that cannot identify you

Deletion is usually instant after the code, or within 7 business days if we need to verify a phone-only account.
